Hi, this is Luxury Lash Co please read policy! It is your responsibility as a client to be reading these before comming to the appointment! ‼️CANCELLATION POLICY‼️ booking any appointment with me you will need to pay a nonrefundable deposit. Deposits are not refundable after booking. Cancellation fee is 90% of services booked if you need to cancel or reschedule, it needs to be done 48 hours before your appointment to not be charged a cancellation fee. ‼️ LATE FEE ‼️ if you are late to your appointment you’ll be charged a $15 late fee. after 12 minutes of being late to your appointment, it will be canceled. Showing up late puts me behind for other clients forcing me to text other clients telling them I have to push them back because I am running behind. This puts my clientele at risk. ‼️ FILL POLICY ‼️ you must have 50% of your lash extensions for it to be a fill anything less is a full set! One week fills are anywhere from 4-7 days anything after is a two week fill. Two week fill is 8-14 days anything after 14 days is a three week fill. 15-22 days anything after that is a 4 week fill an needs to be approved by me to be considered a fill. Coming in with make up or dirty lashes will be charged a $10 cleaning fee. no exceptions. No refunds. ‼️PAYMENTS‼️ I prefer CASH but I also take Apple Pay & cash app. I will be ordering a card reader soon, when that comes there will be a 3.5% card fee. So it will be service + tax + card fee. ‼️Rebooking fee‼️ This is for clients who have not paid the cancellation fee an want to come back, instead of paying the whole cancellation fee you will just pay 50$ to book again.This does not include no call no shows. If you have no called no showed you are banned from booking with me again. If you ignore me about payment then you will also be banned. Communication is key, most of the time I’m gonna understand the situation as long as it’s not again & again.
